About Vertex Service
Supplying safety equipment is half the job. Keeping it ready is the other half.
Vertex Safety supplies ships and industry with safety equipment, in Türkiye and, through Vertex Safety B.V., from Rotterdam. Vertex Service is the part of the company that keeps that equipment ready for use.
It is a team of technicians, a workshop inside the port and a digital system that keeps every result traceable, so the ship, the surveyor and your office all see the same facts.

How we work
Four things we do not negotiate on
01
Done properly, or not signed
A certificate is a promise to the next person who needs that equipment. If a unit is not right, it does not get a pass, however tight the schedule is.
02
Straight answers
When something fails, you hear what failed, why, and what it takes to fix it, with photos. No surprises on the invoice.
03
Paperwork that holds up
Every result is recorded unit by unit and every certificate can be checked by QR. Auditors, vetting inspectors and port state officers get facts, not stories.
04
Our own people come home safe
Work on board starts with a last-minute risk assessment. Harnesses, gas checks and permits are part of the job, not an extra.
Approvals
Certified where it counts
Copies of our certificates and approvals are available on request, and we keep them current inside the same system that tracks your equipment.
- Management system
- ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety)
- Class approvals
- Service supplier approvals for fire-fighting equipment from ABS, Bureau Veritas, ClassNK, DNV, Lloyd's Register and RINA; certificates on request
- Life-saving appliances
- Lifeboat and launching appliance service and maker authorisations; details per equipment type on request
- Our technicians
- Trainings, authorisations and safety passes are recorded with expiry dates. Only people with valid approvals are planned for a job.

Working with us
One phone number, people who know your ships
Behind every job there is a coordinator who knows the vessel's history, the equipment on board and the people to call on your side. That continuity is what makes the next visit faster than the last one.

Request service
Tell us the ship and the port. We will take it from there.
A vessel name, an IMO number and an ETA are enough to get a quote moving. Attach last year's certificates if you have them.
